This temporary 10,000 acre Desert Training Complex was located at Eagle Mountain in Riverside County, California

IPG Training Complex was an excellent military training venue with an urban training facility

consisting of approximately 400 buildings, an airstrip, a prison facility and 10,000-acre live

fire desert training area of mountainous terrain that closely resembled the high desert terrain

found in Afghanistan.
